Typically stretch, sometimes I just rest. I listen to my body and sometimes i have to take "forced" rest days. When the body just isn't in it after 20 minutes.
Who knows, i always said i would try to play videogames daily and that there wasn't anything that could pull me away from that. Now i ride nearly daily.
I just ordered mine. non solar. If you don't already have those sensors they can give you insight, if you care. If you don't care, then you can get them later.
I would say I'm pretty good for a roadie, but pretty low tier compared to MTBers. I really struggle with downhill, off-camber, right hand switchbacks. I know it's specific, but it's probably my biggest weakness on the bike in terms of technique
