What's your weekly ride schedule look like?

I try to get 2 days a week.

My first day is random, usually.

I try to ride 20 or 40 miles Friday mornings, though.

How about you all?
 
Monday - Recovery ride (60-90 minutes)
Tuesday - Short sprint efforts
Wednesday - Group ride (MTB or road, both are pretty hard)
Thursday - Hard ride
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Group ride (Z2)
Sunday - Race
 
Do you do anything at all on rest days or do you just actually rest?
 
Typically stretch, sometimes I just rest. I listen to my body and sometimes i have to take "forced" rest days. When the body just isn't in it after 20 minutes.
Yeah. I'm 40 now. So, I know how that is LOL
