What type of bike pedals do you prefer to use?

Do you prefer different pedal on different bikes? If so, why?

On road I run speedplays. On off-road things i've been running crankbros, but considering switching to shimano.

I use the SPD ones on the gravel bike, flats on the mountain bike, and road on the road bike.

I was looking at the power pedals for gravel/cx/MTB. Cheaper than buying a PM for all 3 bikes.

I'm guessing hundreds for the pedals and $1K+ for the PM

well the pedals are about the same as the cost of a crank based model. but they're swappable.
