What's the coldest you'll ride in (outside)?

I've ridden the road bike when it was 32-F out.

It was at Murphysboro Lake around the lake. If you've ridden that, then you know how hilly it is. Needless to say, I warmed up fast lol.

Nowadays, I don't like riding outside if it's under 45 but I'll force myself if I have to. I bought all sorts of winter cycling kit so now I don't have an excuse lol.

I use my bike for errands and as primary transportation when I'm going somewhere without my wife. As long as the roads aren't icy, I'll ride into the 20s.

Brave soul you are. I will not ride when it's that cold.

I will try to. I bought a bunch of thermal cycling kit to keep me warmer for that sort of condition. But I won't if it's icy!

Yes, you get a full body workout, but also are going slower so less wind speed making you cold. Also usually in the hills/woods where there is less wind.

Mountain biking is a full body workout.

After my first ride of the year, I'm usually a little sick from all my sinuses getting thrown around.
