Do you find peace in the solitude of a solo ride?

Or do you thrive in the camaraderie and dynamics of group cycling?

All depends on the goal of the ride. Workouts can be done in up to about 3 people, any more than that at it becomes difficult. I mostly do these alone. Long basemiles though sometimes it helps to share the work. Sometimes I just want to listen to a podcast

I like small groups of riders. I'm not big on large group rides that go really fast. Big groups on charity rides are fine.

If enjoying nature or training, go solo. If social, go group. Also go group if with racers who like to do some intervals or sign post sprints.

I like them all. enjoy a little solo time as well as jumping in a pace line or party pace with good convo. i think mood, goals, timing all play into the decision.
