Today, I took an 8-mile mountain bike ride through the singletracks of Lake Glendale.
The Lake Loop is a little grown up. There was a limb down that, if you're not watching, could take you off your bike! It was in the section of the lake loop in between the trail turn off to go towards Dixon and the beach.
I rode my 2011 Trek Marlin 29er. It's been so good to me over the years! It can take a thorough beating and still act like a new bike.
I didn't think I rode that hard but Strava said I did better than I have in a while. I even got 4th on a list with @Bike Surgeon SOIL (Gabe) on it! Dang!
The hills were rough, but I had a lot of fun.
