Consistency is key to pretty much everything!

Don't be put off or afraid of riding with those faster or better than you. Get out of your comfort zone.

I ride with those folks sometimes but usually am last to the end. I go on "no drop" rides but always have to tell them to keep going and have fun if I get behind. I feel bad about it sometimes.
