I use the freewheel and my voice most of the time. A simple "Coming by on your left" works pretty well. If that doesn't work out then their headphones are up too loud and wont hear me anyway.

I like when they jump because you get by them and they have their ear buds in. Oh well. That's part of the risk, right?
