Dont worry they roll down on me too. I have the same problem as lots of women in terms of jeans. If they fit my thighs, they're loose around the hips/waist.

It will get the wax off the outside of the links. I went wax to try to get more miles our of the chain so i want to keep as much wax in there as possible.
Depends on how muddy it is really. If it's dry and you don't crash a lot, bar tape can last years. On the other-hand all my bikes have ripped bar tape because i wreck from time to time while racing.
I spent so long on tubes and was super lucky. When i moved to Lexington I had tons of issues. Then when I moved back to southern Illinois i went tubeless and i wont be back on tubes.
