What do you watch for when riding?

Now that I have this new bike computer, I have tons of new data about my ride to look at.

I'm curious what data you all are looking at the most and what goals you have on your rides based on that data?

Example: Maybe you're trying to be within a certain Cadense?

Reply below with what you look for when biking based on your bike computer data.

Typically I only focus on power. It also depends on the ride.
Here lately, I've been trying to focus on my average speed. I love that about the Garmin. Easy to look at my speed than have to raise my hand to look at the watch,

I watch the scenery. I gave up using a bike computer several years ago.

I do turn on the activity tracker on my Apple Watch. I record ride distance, speed, etc. But while I ride, I don’t look at the watch, just try and enjoy the ride.

I definitely keep watching the scenery while I ride, too. That will always be important for me. Probably why I could never make it racing, LOL.
