State Parks need more trails

I wish Illinois DNR would realize the benefits and tourism value of mountain biking.

I think more state parks could afford to have some MTB trails. How do you all feel about that?

Like Giant City for example, they cater to everyone but cyclists. They even cater to people who forest bathe...

They have a 12-mile hiking trail, a 12-mile horse trail, why not a 12-mile mountain biking trail?

I do get that.

I think allowing a bike designation on the Red Cedar Trail might be beneficial. The trail already maintains itself, kind of like GlenDixon.
