Saluki Triathlon & Duathlon

The Saluki Triathlon consists of 7.2 miles of swimming, cycling, and running. Participants will begin with a 0.2 mi swim in SIU Campus Lake, transition to a five mile bike course hugging the south and west side of campus, and end the experience with a two mile run on SIU Campus Lake trail. The Saluki Triathlon is open to individuals and teams of ages 12+. This is the second year for the Saluki Duathlon! The Saluki Duathlon is a scenic seven miles of cycling and running around SIU campus. The Saluki Duathlon is open to individuals of all ages. Children eight years old or younger can register free of charge. The triathlon and duathlon will be concurrent. Please do not register for both events. Both races will start @ 8:00AM. Competitors are required to bring their own bikes. Triathlon Divisions Sprint Solo – Male Sprint Solo – Female Sprint Solo - Non-Binary Sprint Relay (Three-person teams) Duathlon Divisions Sprint Solo – Open Race day registration is available but reserve
