Padded tights vs. Unpadded over bib shorts

This is a topic that people often have a different opinion over.

During cold weather cycling, do you prefer to wear padded tights or padded bib shorts with unpadded tights over them?

I definitely prefer padded bib-tights. The tights over bib shorts works, but i find the two materials are both extremely slick and i end up with tights falling off

I never thought about that. That would be a problem, especially if you're racing and don't have time to adjust it.
