Mountain Biking Skills: What Technique Do You Want to Improve?

I need to get better at going uphill without getting off to push.

I also need to work on going across rocky creeks. I'm scared I'll wreck, so I get off and push most of the time.

How about you all? What techniques do you need to improve?
