For those of you who race gravel bikes, how do you train for races?

What routes are you taking?

What riding techniques are you using?

I train the same for gravel races as i do for road racing. Around an 80:20 mix of Z2/SST and VO2 work. I mostly ride the road, if I ride gravel its because i got talked into it. Technique? What is that. Point her where you want her to go and hold on.

I'm excited to start "training" for the Dirty South although my goal is to just finish it.
