I don't know how i feel about it. I don't typically like riding with a group unless everyone is of similar levels of fitness. It's difficult to balance many different fitness levels, as no one wants to feel like they're holding anyone back.

I totally get that.

I typically won't ride in the "no drop" group rides because I know at some point, I'll get dropped and I feel bad when people keep having to slow down to let me catch up.

Usually I warn people that I'll drop at some point and to just keep going and I'll catch up when I catch up, lol.
