Over the past 10 years I have rekindled my enjoyment of cycling and I'm always looking for great places to ride. My wife and I have already done some Southern Illinois riding including part of the Tunnel Hill Trail. I'm currently serving as president of the Naperville Bicycle Cub and I do quite a bit of IT/Web consultant (pro-bono) for my bike club and some local garden clubs.

I love both casual rides, distance rides, and recently was convinced by a club friend of mine to try my hand at racing. I'm pretty certain I'm crazy (but everyone knew that already.....)

Welcome Daryl! Chicago appears to have a pretty good race scene! I've only done one race up there and it was CX state champs, really well organized and the people were fantastic to be around, even at 40* outside.
