Do you workout off the bike to improve bike fitness?

Do any of you workout off the bike in an effort to make yourself a stronger cyclist?

If yes, what workouts are you doing to accomplish this?
 
Kettlebells all day. Getting "max lift" strong isn't as important as having endurance and flexibility, IMO. Kettlebells allow me to do dynamic movements and gain strength endurance.
 
I guess my workout is hiking. I do a lot of hiking. Good for the legs. Here lately, we've been hitting 1,000 feet or more of elevation gain, too.
